slow rooftop service high food prices

The rooftop service was slow. I waited a long time to place an order. there seemed to be a lack of attention from the staff. also, i was wrongly charged for taxis i never used. the food prices felt too high (especially considering the service issues).

Breakfast offered nice options. They also prepared a la carte eggs. The rooftop view over the ocean and town was magic!!! Joanet at the Front Desk was excellent. He checked us in and remained helpful throughout the stay.

The spa pool was not warm enough. It was difficult to enjoy the pool. Rooftop terrace staff made us wait too long to order. Waiting for someone to take a drinks order who is just standing there is frustrating.

Really good Staff and Prime Location

The staff were always happy to assist with any need I had. The hotel's location allowed easy access to both the beach and the city center. Reaching the hotel from the airport was simple using either the bus or a taxi. (I really appreciated how convenient everything was!)

The spa pool temperature could have been warmer. This prevented me from fully enjoying that particular facility.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, offering convenient access to both the city center and waterfront areas. Many key sites are easily reachable on foot from the hotel. (It made sightseeing very easy.)

The service was really good. Every request was handled promptly. Staff members were friendly and consistently were great too ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist was excellent.

The staff was attentive. A complimentary welcome drink of red wine was a nice touch. High-quality cosmetic products (Le Labo) were available in the bathroom. All requests and remarks received prompt attention and resolution .

The service was professional and kind (Joseba, the manager, deserves special mention). The staff consistently anticipated needs. The personnel made reservations and readily answered questions. They took care of everything needed throughout my stay.

The breakfast was abundant and delicious. I found the rooftop bar offers a great view. Though the restaurant has a set menu, the staff prepared dishes beyond it. They accommodated preferences well.
